1. Day and Night

Tap the button to spin the Earth. When our side faces the Sun, it is day. When it turns away, it is night. Try it!

2. The Moon's Changing Shape

The Moon looks different on different nights. Slide to see it change from a thin curve to a big round Moon and back. It is the same Moon — we just see more or less of its sunny side!

Tap the sky to switch on a bright city light, then tap again to switch it off. See how many more stars you can spot when the lights are off — just like in a village far from the city!
